We are happy to announce that CPPS.lol has finally reopen! We're so excited to see some familiar and old faces back, as well as welcoming new players to our community. There's lots of new fun features and items added to the game, all of which will be detailed below.
New Features
Day and Night Cycle
We have added our own Day and Night cycle! You can choose which time of day you would like your game to be set in via the 'General' tab in the in-game settings. Or you can choose to keep it on automatic, meaning that the sky will change automatically depending on what time it is in Penguin Standard Time!
Rainbow Username and Beak/Feet Colour
As pictured below, you can now change your username to a rainbow gradient! This is a new feature that can be purchased in the store for 600 snowflakes. This can be used in conjunction with your name glow if you have it enabled! We have also added a feature where you can change your beak and feet colour, both on your playercard and in-game! This will cost 500 snowflakes in the store. We hope you all have fun personalising your outfits and playercard even further!
Playercard Music Playlists
We have added playlists to the 'Playercard Music' feature! You can purchase up to 6 slots via the snowflake store, which will allow you to add 6 songs to your playercard, in which you can rearrange depending on the order you would like them to be played in. You can also edit the title of the song/s you have added, as well as the specific time of the song you would like it to be played at if you only want one section of a song.
In-game Radio
We have added an in-game radio! To tune into the radio, simply press the arrow button on the right, and it will play in real time with everyone. Only staff can add music, but we will allow requests from time to time.
And the most exciting one of all!..
Flappy Penguin
Flappy Penguin is our first custom mini game located in the Dance Lounge, where you can earn snowflakes! For every 4 obstacles you pass, you will be awarded 1 snowflake. So for example, if you end with a score of 40, you'll earn 10 snowflakes. This mini game is a great way to stack up if you are a bit short of snowflakes if you are saving for a new feature or item from the store. We have also introduced a leaderboard for all of you competitive penguins to see each other's high scores!
Updated Rules
We have updated and changed our rules to be more lenient with conversations surrounding NSFW and sexual topics. All of our rules can be found via our rules page. The highlighted new rules are as follows:
- NSFW discussions involving sex, nudity and genitalia must be discussed with caution. Any NSFW roleplaying, or graphic descriptions of genitals or body parts will not be tolerated (Example: Describing genitalia as 'wet'). Any predatory, creepy or unwanted sexual comments that could make someone uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
- Do not use in-game animations in a sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate way. General use of animations is allowed, but combining them with inappropriate phrases, or behaviour in a way that implies NSFW roleplay or sexual actions will not be tolerated. This includes animations such as cycling, drumming, or any other animation being used suggestively.
- If you have an issue with someone, either sort it out as adults or use the ignore button so you cannot see each other in-game anymore. If you don't want to ignore the player and continue arguing, expect to receive warnings or further action from the staff team.
- If someone is harassing you, yet again either sort it out as adults or use the ignore button. Depending on the severity of what is being said, you can use the report button and the staff will look into the situation further and the appropriate action will be taken.
- Do not talk about doxxing. If you are afraid that personal information may be getting shared about you or another player, please contact staff immediately by opening a support ticket on the CPPS.lol manager, or Discord server - and share the appropriate evidence.
Censor NSFW Feature
Due to those rule changes, those who do not want to see any NSFW based conversations will be able to enable our new 'Censor NSFW' option in the settings, which will replace any words surrounding genitalia etc with asterisk symbols. Hopefully this will allow users to login to the server comfortably who are perhaps more sensitive to these types of conversations but still want to enjoy the server.
New Ignore Feature
We have introduced an improved ignore system. The new ignore feature will now make it so as well as not being able to see the player that you have ignored, they will also not be able to see you either. This should help hopefully decrease personal issues between others from evolving and getting out of hand.
If there are still ongoing issues after ignoring the users, we will then get involved and deal with the situation accordingly.
New Ticket System
We have introduced a new Support Ticket system on the CPPS.lol manager. where you can submit tickets regarding general support, bugs, suggestions, ban appeals and more.
Two-Factor Authentication
We have introduced a new Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system to further protect your account. We would highly recommend that you enable it within via the settings tab in the manager, as this is another way that you can add an additional layer of security to your account if your password was to ever become public or accidentally shared between friends.

To celebrate the return of the server, you can use the code WELCOMEBACK to receive 250 snowflakes and a custom gold CPPS.lol chain!
