Server Rules

In-game Rules

CPPS.lol is a mature server due to our allowance of swearing and mature conversations. However, we strictly prohibit slurs, homophobic language, NSFW roleplaying, or anything overly graphic. Our filter will catch most violations, but moderation action may still be taken.

Please note: CPPS.lol is not a free speech or censorship-free server, and has never been mentioned or advertised in that way. While we encourage fun and engaging conversations, we moderate our community to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. However, as this is a server targeted for adults, we expect people to sort out their own issues as adults too. If you are seeking a space without moderation or content restrictions, this may not be the right server for you.

General Behaviour

Respect your fellow penguins - no abuse, harassment, or hate speech.
NSFW discussions involving sex, nudity and genitalia must be discussed with caution. Any NSFW roleplaying, or graphic descriptions of genitals or body parts will not be tolerated (Example: Describing genitalia as 'wet'). Any predatory, creepy or unwanted sexual comments that could make someone uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
Do not use in-game animations in a sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate way. General use of animations is allowed, but combining them with inappropriate phrases, or behaviour in a way that implies NSFW roleplay or sexual actions will not be tolerated. This includes animations such as cycling, drumming, or any other animation being used suggestively.
If you have an issue with someone, either sort it out as adults or use the ignore button so you cannot see each other in-game anymore. If you don't want to ignore the player and continue arguing, expect to receive warnings or further action from the staff team.
If someone is harassing you, yet again either sort it out as adults or use the ignore button. Depending on the severity of what is being said, you can use the report button and the staff will look into the situation further and the appropriate action will be taken.
Do not talk about doxxing. If you are afraid that personal information may be getting shared about you or another player, please contact staff immediately by opening a support ticket on the CPPS.lol manager, or Discord server - and share the appropriate evidence.
Racist, homophobic, or sexist behavior is not tolerated.
Light-hearted joking or banter with friends is fine, but don't take it too far - anything racist, homophobic, sexist, or genuinely harmful is never acceptable.
Sensitive topics (e.g. politics, religion, sexuality, mental illness) may be discussed with care and respect - positive expressions of solidarity are welcome, but arguments, or inflammatory comments will result in warnings and further punishment if continued.
Drug talk is allowed, but glorifying drug use or encouraging others to try drugs is not tolerated.
Ban evasion will result in further bans.
Do not attempt to bypass filtered words - they are filtered for a reason.
Advertising other private servers, discord servers and websites is not allowed.
Continuously spamming postcards is not allowed.
Usage of bots, exploits and cheats, such as forcing or manipulating packets will not be tolerated.
Do not abuse the report system by false reporting other users, we take reports very seriously.
Any drama that has happened outside of CPPS.lol should not be brought into our game or discord server.
Do not argue with or disrespect any staff members, or waste their time. They are here to help keep the game safe for the community.
If you have concerns about specific rules, moderation actions, or situations, do not discuss these publicly. Always take issues to staff privately by opening a support ticket in the CPPS.lol manager, or our Discord server. Refusal to do so will result in further punishments if continued.

Report System

Do not submit any false reports of any players, we take reports very seriously. If you false report players, action will be taken against you.
Do not report users for small or petty issues, rather sort out the issues you have with someone as adults, or simply use the ignore button.
Do not spam report the same user for the same situation. If a new issue occurs, feel free to report them again.
Please do not report players for drama that has happened outside of CPPS.lol - if they say something in-game related to the drama, then report it.

Leaderboards

Do not use alt accounts to give yourself wins in order to climb the leaderboard, doing this will risk your accounts getting permanently banned.
Do not intentionally let other opponents win in order to help them climb the leaderboards, doing this will result in your scores being wiped, including further punishments if continued.
Do not quit the minigames if you believe you have no chance of winning, doing this will result in punishments.
There is nothing that can be done about mid-game disconnections and results will not be reverted in such cases.

Exclusive Items / Trading

Creating multiple accounts to claim exclusive/limited items in the store will not be tolerated.

Privacy & Conduct

Do not ask for or share personal information (real name, address, etc.).
Sharing your Discord username is allowed - be mindful of what you share.
Impersonation of staff, players, mascots, or bots is prohibited.
Account sharing, selling, or gifting is not allowed. Your account is yours alone.

If you have a concern about a specific rule, moderation action, or situation that has occurred on CPPS.lol, you must contact staff privately by opening a ticket on the manager or in our Discord server. We are very much happy to hear your side of any issue/situation. Although, publicly discussing or arguing about these issues in-game or on Discord channels will result in further punishment.
